My mom asked me if she could get rid of my copies because I’m 31 and I went to her house and rescued my babies right away 😂 I’ve been waiting for this moment for far too long.
found almost my entire Clique book collection in a tote in my childhood bedroom a few months ago. now i'm on book 8 and i've been having the time of my life. i cant wait to discuss this series more.
So excited to dive in. I need to order the first book along with two others that I’m missing from the collection. Already finished one (out of order) and I thought to myself, “Some of this would have to be omitted in 2025.” HAHAHA. But wow… I can’t wait.
I got very lucky on my first trip to the thrift store and snagged book 1. I also have been able to snag 3,8,10 and 2 of the summer collection. Keeping a checklist on my phone and popping in to every thrift store I’m near! If I can’t find the second one before we read it I’ll check the library to see if I can find it.
I am so excited for what is to come. I was such a clique fan, my first email was "massiesclique." Since middle school, I've had all of the books in this pink box in my closet for years. Over the years I've purged things like my old seventeen magazines, and other books I had at the time, but every time a closet clean out has come, I haven't had it in me to donate my Clique books. I even bought a house and moved my Clique books with me. I shrieked when I saw the announcement for the new book. I am a few books into my re-read and it feels like putting on your old favorite sweatshirt.
I re-read the entire series in January 2024 because I was in a reading slump and saw some videos on TikTok, I started re-reading (again) this month in anticipation of the new book!
I've been rereading them on my kindle and borrowing them from Libby but I may have to go to my mom's house and bust out my OG copies! I think I still have them all!

I had the entire series when I was in middle school and got rid of them sometime in high school. Still kicking myself for doing that 😭
I kept the first book and donated the rest when I moved away after high school! Who knew I'd be needing them over a decade later LOL
